FAQ

As you might expect, it takes supplies, boxes, ink to print your shipping label and etc, to get these items to you. Remember, walking into, let's say a Walmart, you are cutting off the cost of getting these items to your home by doing it yourself. Think of it as personal shopping for you to get it to your kitchen.
Absolutely, we will return any email within 24 hours, depending on Holidays or sometimes Sunday's. Emails that will be ignored : Inconsiderate emails involving "Why you trying to rip off people?" or "Your prices are too high". These emails will go unanswered as you have failed to read why the prices are higher than at the store. They are not only inconsiderate, they are a waste of time.
Not at this time, we have been successful on both Amazon and eCrater to limit contact to email. Our feedback can speak for itself. We are fair and will go above the call or need to make a wrong situation right.
You must check with your post office or carrier for packages that say they are delivered and you still haven't seen them. 99 percent of the time, packages end up in your possession within a few days of inquiry. If your package is sent Parcel Post, it can really take up to 30 days before the Postal Service considers it lost. You can also ask us to help find your package if you are having issues. We send MOST EVERYTHING with Tracking, however, there are times where if the item is a First Class Mailing based on weight (in the USA only), it will go without tracking.
Depends on what you selected for delivery speed. First Class International can take up to 3 weeks or more to get to your delivery destination. If you select Priority International, the Post Office says it can take anywhere between 6-12 days sometimes longer. It may get caught in your countries customs office. Check there first if you have waited a while.
There is a law here in the USA that is in place for food tampering. If you order it's yours. We take all the precautionary actions to send you safe and edible food. We are not responsible for anything that may be wrong inside the contents if there is an issue with your item. Please contact the manufacturer. There is always information on the box or container for this information.
Here is the link to the Mail Requirements for IRELAND through a link to the USPS (United States Postal Service) and your local Post Office.... http://pe.usps.com/text/imm/il_006.htm Most, if not all the items we have for sale on eCrater AU, UK and USA are ok to send, but just in case, take a look at the link to see if there is something we may have missed as this may change from time to time. For example, in the UK, we cannot ship anything with the word "Kettle" on it because of Trademark infringement with a company in the UK, so "Cape Cod Kettle Cooked Chips" are not to be sent to the UK (we were contacted by Kettle Cooked in the UK and we shown it's Trademark Agreement with the US).

This is a very common question. when you order, now that we use Stripe as the Credit Card Processor and will never use Paypal ever again, we wait until the cc transactions clear (which is two to four days (four days if ordered on Thurs-Sat and two for all the others), then we move forward on the packaging. Q: Why? That sounds crazy! A: Crazy as it seems, it gives you the buyer, to notice if there is fraud on your bank account or credit card. This way, we don't get stuck losing product and time and profit to stay in business, by people ordering something, waiting for the tracking number, then filing a Credit Card Chargeback. Most times these days, the CC number used is a debit, most people would find out when they think there is more money than actual. So this is what you should expect I ordered XYZ product, EXPEDITED: Expect the handling time 2-3 Business Days and 2-3 Business Days (Total 6-7 days) before delivery. I ordered XYS product, Standard (Parcel Post): Expect 4-14 Business Days to pass before contacting us. That is the slowest and ground service.
